Instructions
Prep your ingredients like cucumber, cabbage or any other vegetables for serving.
Boil water in a saucepan, and once boiling, add eggs for 6 minutes. Once the 6 minutes is up, add the eggs to an ice bath (IMPORTANT) to ensure they do not over cook.
Blend all ingredients for the broth in a blender.
Assemble & serve!
