White chocolate and mango crackle bites

soy protein crisps

dried mango (I used @nibblish from@woolworths_au), finely chopped

packets dream white chocolate @cadburyaust

coconut flakes (any coconut will do)
Instructions
Melt your chocolate in the microwave or over a double boil
Mix the mango, coconut flakes and soy crips in a bowl.
Combine the melted chocolate, and fill a muffin tray with muffin papers (optional) or use a silicon mould for ease of removal once set.
Pop the trays into the fridge or freezer to set and take out when desired.
Store in fridge or freezer!
