My Story

By harnessing the power of nutrition, hormonal health, and the gut-mind connection, I have since discovered a simpler, more holistic way to care for my skin and haven’t looked back since.

My mission? To support people with troublesome skin in achieving good skin health by transforming the way they think about and care for their skin.

Like you, I too have battled with troublesome skin.
A few years ago, I had persistent perioral dermatitis that flared up no matter what I tried. The stress of the pandemic, compounded with the endless cycle of trying new products without success, left me feeling defeated. The information I found online was confusing, and I became fed up with the quick fixes and band-aid solutions recommended to me.
My gut told me that there had to be something else impacting my skin—something deeper.

It wasn’t until I started studying dietetics that I realised our skin health isn’t just determined by what we apply topically but by what’s happening within. From this moment, things clicked. By understanding the key determinants of our internal health, we can address the root cause of our skin concerns, leading to a long-lasting solution rather than another temporary fix.
