Booking Terms and Conditions for Bridget Hunt, Hunt Wellness Co Pty Ltd.
Welcome to the private practice of Bridget Hunt. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to, and are bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Appointment Booking

• Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email.
• Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
• Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.

2. Payment Terms

• ● Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• ● Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee payable.
• In case of a no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged.

4. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared during appointments will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing dietary and nutritional advice.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or other health concerns prior to your appointment.
• Follow all instructions provided by the dietitian/nutritionist during your sessions to ensure your safety and well-being.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide the best possible advice and service, Bridget Hunt is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from following the dietary and nutritional advice provided.
• The advice given is based on the information provided by you and should not be considered a substitute for medical advice from your healthcare provider.

7. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

8. Governing Law

•  These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
