I’m an existing client that needs to reschedule my appointment. How can I do this?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so online via the reschedule link provided in your booking confirmation email up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit and require a new booking via my online booking system, except in exceptional circumstances.
