Cancellation Policy for Bridget Hunt (APD) The Hunt Wellness Co Pty Ltd.
At The Hunt Wellness Co Pty Ltd, we strive to provide the highest quality care and support to our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations
  • Notice Requirement: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client in need.
  • How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by calling our office at [Your Phone Number] or emailing us at enquiries@bridget-hunt.com. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation.

2. Late Cancellations
  • Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the full appointment fee.

3. No-Show Policy
  • Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
  • Repeated No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to prepay for future appointments or the termination of our professional relationship.

4. Emergency Situations
  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds for Canceled Appointments: If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, any prepayment will be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Late cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
