White chocolate and mango crackle bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soy protein crisps
  • 100g dried mango  (I used @nibblish from@woolworths_au), finely chopped
  • 11/2 (270g)  packets dream white chocolate @cadburyaust
  • 1 cup coconut flakes (any coconut will do)

Instructions

  • Melt your chocolate in the microwave or over a double boil
  • Mix the mango, coconut flakes and soy crips in a bowl.
  • Combine the melted chocolate, and fill a muffin tray with muffin papers (optional) or use a silicon mould for ease of removal once set.
  • Pop the trays into the fridge or freezer to set and take out when desired.
  • Store in fridge or freezer!
